Terms of Service
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my terms of service.
✿ By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these t.o.s.✿ I only accept paypal as payment method. Payment is required up front.✿ After I accepted your commission, you have to send me a note. Make sure to check twice that you mentioned everything important.✿ I'll send you a wip of the sketch for approval. By declining to see a wip, you automatically approve it.✿ If you ask me to change something after approving the sketch wip, I may charge extra to fix it.✿ Your characters ref should be easy to understand. I need to be able to pick the colors from it and see all markings clearly.✿ I might charge more for extra limbs (e.g. wings, more than two arms or legs) depending on the character and type of commission.✿ Commissions from me are not to be used for commercial gain, but for private use only. An exception for adoptables and custom designs applies.✿ Slight variations in my art style are to be expected, however, this will not effect the time spent on a piece and not lower the quality of the art.✿ If you want to cancel the commission for whatever reason, I will grant you a full refund, unless I already started working on your commission beyond the sketch stage. If I already sarted working on the lineart, you may recieve a 50% refund. If I started with the coloring, a refund will no longer be possible.
